Refund and Returns Policy

THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE, WE HOPE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. HOWEVER, IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THE FIT OR QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT YOU MAY RETURN IT TO US FOR AN EXCHANGE. PLEASE SEE BELOW FOR MORE INFORMATION ON OUR RETURN POLICY.
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely including the cotton bag in the original packaging ( for padding) and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your exchange. Please allow for ten (10) days from the receipt of your item for us to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
If the exact item you want to exchange for is not in stock we can special order your item for you from Italy directly for you. However, due to the rarity of the products and the huge demand special orders can take 4-6 weeks. Alternatively, we can help you pick a different equally fabulous color.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Items that have been chewed or ripped
- Items without tags
- Items that have been worn

- Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
